How can I place order?
  • Explore a variety of Mosammim collections and select you favourite dress.
  • It is recommended to check the description, color and size etc and add it to your cart.
  • Login to your account account or checkout as guest.
  • Enter your complete address and after carefully reviewing details about your order, chose your preferred payment method (Debit/Cradit Card) form payment options and pay the full amount.
  • Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from Mosammim.
What’s next after I placed my order?

After confirmation, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible within the given timeline and we will share with you the details about delivery or waybill number to track.

Can I place order over Instagram or Whatsapp?

Yes, you can place order through our Instagram page or Whats’app using our bank transfer as payment Option available on request.

How do I pay for my order at mosammim.ae?

You can pay using Debit/ Credit Card and Bank transfer (available upon request).

What happened if my card is charged with a unsuccessful order placement?

Normally the unsuccessful order transaction amount rolls back within 10-14 days (may vary bank to bank), may contact your bank for the details.

Yes, we ship to over 100 countries.

How much delivery/shipping cost?

Shipping inside UAE is free on orders above Dh 2000. Orders below Dh 2000 are subjected to Dh 35 delivery charges. International shipping charged at a standard price Dh 135/kg except GCC countries which is Dh 100/kg.

How long it takes to ship my order?

All orders are subjected to approval after confirming the fabric and color (or alternatives) and processed as soon as possible. The order usually takes 2-3 week to deliver.

What if my order is damaged or faulty when received?

We take pride to ensure all orders are delivered with high quality and standards. If there’s any Issues or fault in order you have placed, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service within 03 days of receiving.
