MOSAMMIM will not deal/provide any kind of services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Delivery:
All orders are processed within 2 working days of receiving the authorized payment. Available stock/s usually delivered the very next day with courier.
Orders are shipped via courier and shipping times may vary from country to country depending on custom clearance and formalities. The estimated time for receiving order is 2-3 weeks.
Delivery charges are counted on checkout which may depends on the delivery location and/or weight/dimension of the package.
We usually ship through Aramex/FedEx. A tracking number/Waybill is sent to the customer once the order is shipped for shipment tracking.
Its the customer’s responsibility to track their shipments and ensure to receive it.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Made-to-Measure:
All made-to-measure orders are subject to availability. In the event of un-available fabric, alternative will be offered and once approved by customer/s, the order will be proceeded. otherwise the customer/s may cancel the order and claim full refund.
Made-to-measure items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Ready-to-Wear:
All ready-to-wear items are eligible for one time exchange/return providing the request made within Three days of delivery receipt. The customer/s will bear delivery or any other logistic cost involved.
Refundable/exchangeable items must be in their original packaging, unworn, with all tags intact when returning them. Items that are damaged or altered, or have been exposed to fragrances will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
Following approval, refunds will be issued back to original used payment method or store credit for the value of the returned item(s), excluding taxes, shipping, and other duties if.
How to submit request
Alteration, exchange or refund request can be made to customer service through Whatsapp +971 50 9496216 or email info@mosammim.ae within Three days of delivery receipt. Alterations are chargeable as per the job required and please note any ready-to-wear item, once altered, can’t be exchanged/refunded.
